Understand customer requirements and recommend the right program. Regularly follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments. Handle basic customer queries related to courses, fees and batches. RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi .

Basic

English communication. Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over calls. Good convincing and follow-up skills. Basic computer knowledge. Telecalling / Sales experience preferred. Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.
