Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive role based in the Greater Chennai Area. The role involves making outbound and receiving inbound calls to assist customers with inquiries about household, office, vehicle, and corporate relocations. The Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive will provide detailed information on services, pricing, and timelines, and capture customer requirements accurately in the system.

Daily tasks include following up on leads, confirming bookings, coordinating with operations teams, and resolving customer issues or escalations promptly. The role also requires maintaining call records,



meeting communication and conversion targets, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction in line with the company’s service values.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear telephone etiquette and active listening.

- Candidates should possess customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to handle queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.

- Candidates should possess basic computer and data entry skills, including familiarity with CRM tools or call-logging systems.

- Candidates should possess sales and negotiation skills to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and upsell relevant services.

- Candidates should possess problem-solving and time-management skills to manage multiple calls and coordinate with internal teams effectively.

- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or logistics/relocation services is an advantage.

- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Chennai Area and adapt to a target-driven, fast-paced environment.

- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a graduate degree in any discipline is preferred.
