About this team:

Lululemon’s network and infrastructure team is a passionate, highly skilled individuals that design and support critical infrastructure for 1000+ sites and 32000+ employees globally. We are building and innovating with best-in-class platforms, including Cisco, Meraki, Juniper, Palo Alto, Netbox, Aviatrix, AWS, Azure, Intune, JAMF, Datadog, Splunk, and ServiceNow.

Today, our team is primarily based out of lululemon North American offices in Vancouver and Seattle. Given our global reach and 24x7 business needs, we want to expand and build a team of experts in our Bangalore, India office.

The Technology

Manager, Network and Infrastructure Delivery, is responsible for building and leading this team. Primary starting focus will be to establish a team of network engineers focused on advancing network observability and automation.This includes defining the strategy and roadmaps for deep and multi-dimensional exploration and detection of complex issues that could impact network performance, reliability, and/or security. The team’s goal is to build tooling that automates detection and correction, enables & streamlines highly complex troubleshooting across distributed infrastructure, and enables software engineers to automate detection and response into their applications.

In addition to network observability, you will build a team that is driving network automation and AI at scale. Today we use Netbox as our source of truth for network assets and configurations. This team will create automation for new site provisioning, site changes, cloud networking improvements, and self-service tooling for software developers.

This role will need to work in a collaborative and supportive manner with many cross-functional teams, as well as develop, maintain, and evolve our process for managing vendors, delivery programs, support processes and metrics, network and infrastructure standards, and ensure the portfolio of projects are delivered successfully.



The main partners include the North America Network Operations team and Global Network engineering team. Core Infrastructure, Retail and Distribution Tech teams will also be strong partners.

Core Responsibilities:

Engineering Delivery:

- Manage annual and quarterly roadmaps for platform engineering improvements for network observability systems, network configuration management systems, and network automation.
- Build and manage a team of engineers focused on delivering the network engineering roadmap
- Define network automation and observability standards and repeatable deployment practices. Drive zero-touch provisioning goals.
- Accelerate adoption of infrastructure automation and AI technologies.
- Ensure execution remains aligned with priorities defined in partnership with NA leaders.
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.

Cross-Functional Alignment:





- Collaborate closely with NA leaders and global stakeholders to align strategy, execution, and outcomes.
- Act as a bridge between India-based teams and NA partners, ensuring clarity, accountability, and effective communication.

People Leadership:

- Attract top talent experienced in contemporary network and infrastructure platform engineering and delivery.
- Coach, guide, and upskill team members.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Support performance management and talent growth within the India organization.

Operating Plans and budget:

- Define and garner agreements to annual plans and operating budgets.

Qualifications:

- 8-12yrs+ experience leading network engineering teams.
- Experience in building and executing strategy. Demonstrates strong leadership presence and ability to enroll global teams to drive alignment and execution of strategy.
- Experience managing networks in global fortune 500+ business.
- Experience leading technical programs in this domain.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise networking and infrastructure technologies. Preferred systems include Cisco, Meraki, Juniper, Aviatrix, Palo Alto, Solarwinds, Netbox
- Experience with observability platform design, including design of alerts and automated system responses to alerts.
- Experience guiding teams with network automation design, build, test, and delivery.
- Vendor management experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Workplace arrangement:

In-Person: Work primarily from India Office, 4–5 days per week.
