Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Techno-Functional Consultant with 810 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The candidate should have a strong combination of functional consulting, solution design, customization, configuration, and technical development skills, along with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate business processes into Dynamics CRM solutions, and provide techno-functional recommendations.
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM including entities/tables, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, business process flows, and security roles.
- Design and implement CRM solutions using Power Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Develop and customize CRM components using C#, .NET, JavaScript, plugins, custom workflow activities, and APIs.
- Develop and maintain plugins, custom actions, workflows, integrations, and client-side scripts.
- Design integrations between Dynamics CRM and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Azure Functions, webhooks, and integration platforms.
- Work extensively with Microsoft Dataverse including data modelling, relationships, security, and data management.
- Analyse existing CRM implementations,



identify gaps, and recommend improvements, enhancements, and best practices.
- Prepare functional and technical design documents, solution specifications, user stories, process flows, and technical documentation.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production support.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide timely resolution.
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, architects, project managers, and business users throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Support CRM upgrades, migrations, deployments, and release management across environments.
- Ensure solutions follow Microsoft Dynamics 365 best practices, security standards, scalability, and maintainability requirements.
- Mentor junior developers/consultants and provide technical guidance where required.

Technical & Functional Requirements:

- 810 years of overall experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE.
- Strong hands-on experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant with both functional and technical CRM expertise.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and CRM architecture.




- Hands-on experience with Power Apps Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power Platform.
- Strong experience in CRM configuration including entities/tables, forms, views, business rules, workflows, business process flows, dashboards, security roles, and field-level security.
- Strong development experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, Dynamics 365 Plugins, Custom APIs and Custom Actions.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, Azure Functions, webhooks, or similar technologies.
- Good understanding of Dataverse data modelling, relationships, security model, and solution management.
- Experience with CRM data migration, integration, deployment, and environment management.
- Good understanding of Azure services relevant to Dynamics CRM integrations.
- Experience working with ALM, managed/unmanaged solutions, Power Platform environments, and deployment pipelines.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodology, testing, UAT, and production support.
- Ability to create functional and technical documentation and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certifications will be an advantage.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, and Power Platform deployment pipelines.
- Exposure to Power BI and CRM reporting.
- Experience in CRM modernization, migration, or upgrade projects.
