We are hiring Technical Support Executives to join our team in Electronic City, Bangalore. The role involves assisting customers with technical queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing effective solutions while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer technical queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, connectivity, and application-related issues.
- Understand customer concerns and provide step-by-step technical assistance.
- Explain technical information clearly to customers.
- Follow defined troubleshooting procedures and process guidelines.
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Maintain quality and customer satisfaction standards.

Eligibility
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: Freshers and Experienced
- Excellent and fluent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.




- Basic understanding of computers, software, and troubleshooting.
- Candidates must be flexible to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.

Mandatory Documents

Freshers must have:

- Hard copies of all semester marksheets
- PDC (Provisional Degree Certificate)

Candidates who do not have the required educational documents may not be eligible for the process.

Salary

Freshers: ₹2.75 LPA CTC

Experienced: Up to ₹5.5 LPA CTC
