We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Tech Support Engineer to join our team. The role involves campaign operations, customer engagement, data validation, reporting, and coordination between business and technical teams.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end campaign setup, scheduling, and execution through Netcore
- Monitor and troubleshoot campaign performance issues
- Gather requirements from business teams and coordinate with technical teams
- Prepare, validate, and clean campaign data
- Use SQL and Excel for data validation and analysis
- Track campaign performance and maintain reports/dashboards
- Provide actionable insights and regular updates to stakeholders

?️ Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on SQL — joins, aggregations, filtering & data validation




- Advanced Excel — formulas, Pivot Tables & Lookups
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ownership

⭐ Good to Have:
- Experience with Netcore or similar CRM/Marketing Automation tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong learning and adaptability skills

? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
