About Wimaan:

Wimaan is building an AI companion for India’s frontline workforce, helping workers discover better opportunities, build relevant skills, and progress in their careers.

We are an early-stage startup, so this role comes with significant ownership and the opportunity to work closely with the founder.

About the role:
- We are looking for someone who can own growth and performance marketing at Wimaan, rather than just execute campaigns.
- You will work across Meta Ads, creative experimentation, content, and social media to help us acquire and engage users efficiently.
- A big part of this role will be continuously figuring out what creatives work.
- That could mean creating ads using AI tools, editing existing content, writing scripts, shooting simple videos yourself, working with creators, or experimenting with entirely new formats.
- We care much more about your ability to experiment, learn quickly, and drive outcomes than about having years of experience.

What you will do:
- Own and optimise performance marketing campaigns, primarily across Meta Ads.




- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve CAC, CTR, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
- Come up with new ad concepts, hooks, scripts, and creative angles.
- Create ad creatives independently using AI tools, design/editing tools, or by shooting simple content yourself.
- Run rapid creative experiments and identify what messaging and formats perform best.
- Analyse campaign data and use insights to decide what to test next.
- Manage and grow Wimaan’s social media presence across relevant platforms.
- Repurpose content across organic and paid channels.
- Identify recent acquisition channels and growth experiments.
- Work directly with the founder on growth strategy and execution.
