We are looking for a
Content Marketing Manager
who can build content as a growth engine — across SEO, brand, sales enablement and demand generation.

What You'll Do
Content Strategy & Execution
- Own Onsurity's content strategy across blogs, articles, long-form content, case studies, thought leadership and sales enablement.
- Build content across the funnel — from awareness and organic acquisition to consideration and conversion.
- Identify content opportunities based on customer insights, business priorities, industry trends and competitor analysis.
- Work with internal teams and subject matter experts to turn complex topics into clear,



compelling content.

SEO & Organic Growth
- Build and execute an SEO-led content strategy to grow organic traffic and qualified leads.
- Conduct keyword research, identify content gaps and build topic clusters around priority business areas.
- Hands-on experience with SEMrush, Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Track content performance and continuously optimise existing content for rankings, traffic and conversions.
- Stay updated on AI search, GEO/AEO and how LLMs are changing content discovery.

Sales & Business Enablement
- Work closely with Sales and Business teams to understand customer pain points, objections and use cases.
- Create case studies, one-pagers, sales decks, product explainers, industry reports and other content that helps Sales convert prospects.
- Develop thought leadership around insurance, employee benefits, HR, healthcare and the future of work.
