*Position Overview*

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Pediatrician to support the healthcare and wellbeing of students at our residential campus. The Pediatrician will be responsible for providing comprehensive pediatric care, managing acute and emergency medical situations, supporting preventive healthcare, and working closely with the schools medical, pastoral, and residential teams. The ideal candidate should have sound clinical judgment and a compassionate approach to working with children and adolescents. Experience in a school, boarding, residential,



or similar institutional healthcare setting will be an added advantage.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Provide pediatric consultations, clinical assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care for students.

* Assess and manage common pediatric illnesses, injuries, and acute medical conditions.

* Respond promptly and appropriately to medical emergencies on campus.

* Monitor students requiring ongoing medical care and coordinate specialist consultations or hospital referrals when necessary.

* Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date medical records.

* Provide guidance on preventive healthcare, nutrition, hygiene, vaccination, and general wellness.

* Support routine health assessments and student health-screening initiatives.
