Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to design, implement, and support our core HR technology platform. You will translate HR business requirements into scalable system configurations, manage data migrations, and ensure seamless system integration. Your goal is to optimize our employee lifecycle processes and deliver a high-quality user experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Implementation & Configuration: Lead end-to-end global implementations of the SuccessFactors Employee Central module
- System Design: Configure core HR objects, Foundation Objects, MDF (Metadata Framework) objects, business rules, and workflows.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Data Management: Manage complex data migration strategies, data mapping, and mass data uploads using MDF and Foundation Object imports.
- Integration Support: Collaborate with middleware teams (e.g., SAP CPI, Dell Boomi)



to build and maintain integrations between EC and third-party or payroll systems (like Employee Central Payroll).
- System Maintenance: Manage semi-annual SAP SuccessFactors release updates, review recent features, conduct impact analysis, and implement optimizations.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Lead Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Resolve complex configuration defects. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors configuration and implementation.
- Certification: Valid SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Associate or Professional Certification is highly preferred.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in XML configuration (SuccessFactors Data Models), Business Rules engine, Event Reason Derivation, and Picklists.
