• NPI through EVTDVT–PVT to ramp — line and station layout, cycle time balancing, fixtures, and pilot-build FPY to target before we authorise volume
• Process documentation and control — PFMEA, control plans, work instructions, golden samples, FAI sign-off, and periodic process audits against the released documents
• Test strategy with engineering — ICT/FCT jig definition, test coverage and limits, hipot and earth-continuity setups, BMS and pack functional test, gauge calibration and GR&R;
• Incoming quality and lot disposition — AQL sampling plans per ISO 2859 for cells, BMS and adapters; supplier 8D and scorecards; ship-hold authority on non-conforming lots

• Diploma or BE/BTech in Electronics, EEE, E&I; or Mechatronics
• 6+ years in electronics manufacturing, with real NPI exposure




• Experience working across an organisational boundary — as a resident engineer, source-inspection engineer, SQE, or on the EMS side managing a demanding customer. You know what it takes to get things done in a plant you don't control
• You can read a schematic, BOM, Gerber and fab drawing, and hold your own with design engineers
• SMT process fluency: reflow profiling, stencil and paste, AOI, ICT/FCT, conformal coating, rework
• Practical command of AQL sampling (ISO 2859 / IS 2500), PFMEA, control plans, 8D, 5-why, MSA/GR&R;, SPC, calibration and ESD control (IEC 61340)
• Willingness to travel to supplier and partner sites
