Role Overview

This is a full-time,



on-site role for a Fabrication Engineer responsible for the end-to-end shop-floor fabrication of ultrasonic cleaning machines — from sheet metal cutting and forming through welding quality control, mechanical assembly, and line-level production management. The Fabrication Engineer will directly supervise a team of 15–20 welders, fitters, and helpers, ensure fabrication quality meets drawing specifications, keep the production line moving by removing roadblocks in real time, and coordinate closely with the Store, Production Planning, and Electrical Engineering teams to ensure a smooth build process from raw material to finished machine.

Key Responsibilities

Sheet Metal Fabrication
- Oversee and execute sheet marking, sheet cutting, and sheet metal fabrication for tanks, enclosures, frames, and machine bodies as per approved engineering drawings.
- Operate and supervise the use of CNC cutting equipment, shearing machines, and sheet bending machines to produce components to drawing tolerance.
- Ensure correct material grade
