Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Academic Delivery
- Deliver high-quality classroom instruction in Biology for Classes XI & XII, integrating the CBSE curriculum with NEET preparation
- Teach Foundation Biology (Classes IX & X) with emphasis on conceptual clarity, scientific reasoning,



and early competitive exam readiness
- Use inquiry-based, competency-driven, and application-oriented teaching methodologies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes

Curriculum Development
- Develop annual academic plans, lesson plans, study material, assignments, Daily Practice Problems (DPPs), worksheets, and revision modules
- Design competency-based assessments, question banks, and mock examinations aligned with CBSE and the latest NTA-NEET examination pattern
- Ensure curriculum delivery is aligned with NCERT guidelines and evolving competitive examination trends

Assessment & Student Performance
- Conduct chapter-wise tests, unit tests, mock NEET examinations, and board-oriented assessments
- Analyze student performance through data-driven evaluation, identify learning gaps, and implement personalized improvement plans
- Mentor students on examination strategy, revision techniques, time management,
