Roles and Responsibility
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) and other wastewater treatment facilities.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead a team of professionals in plant operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ETP operations with other business units.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to ETP operations.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Environmental Management, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.




- Proven experience in managing ETP operations, preferably in a similar industry.
- Solid knowledge of environmental regulations, laws, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with process control systems, monitoring equipment, and data analysis software.
