Position: B2B Tourism Business Development Manager

About Us

We are an established Destination Management Company (DMC) based in Azerbaijan, specializing in high-quality travel packages, group tours, MICE, and custom itineraries for international markets. We are expanding our footprint in India and looking for an energetic, well-connected, and result-oriented B2B Tourism Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Network & Partnership Development: Identify, contact, and build long-term B2B partnerships with local travel agencies, outbound tour operators, and travel agents in your region.
- Product Promotion: Present and promote our exclusive travel itineraries, B2B packages, and services to potential partners.
- Lead Generation & Sales: Drive outbound sales to Azerbaijan and the Caucasus region, meeting monthly/quarterly targets.
- Market Representative:



Act as the main point of contact and representative for our DMC in India, handling B2B queries and maintaining strong agent relationships.
- Market Insights: Keep track of local market trends, price expectations, and agent demands to help customize our offerings.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B travel sales or outbound tour operations in India.
- Network: Existing database and active relationships with outbound travel agents/operators in your city/state.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English (local language proficiency is a plus).
- Attributes: Highly responsive, proactive, trustworthy, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
