Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize B2B paid marketing campaigns across international markets on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google/YouTube. The role involves owning the performance funnel from campaign strategy and lead generation to landing-page conversion, lead quality, tracking, attribution, and revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google/YouTube.
- Develop and execute full-funnel acquisition and retargeting strategies for B2B audiences across international markets.
- Manage budgets, audiences, bidding, creatives, A/B testing, and campaign scaling.
- Monitor CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, CAC, lead quality, and ROAS to drive optimization.
- Optimize landing pages, lead generation, retargeting, and overall funnel performance.
- Manage and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversion API, GA4, UTM tracking, conversion tracking, and attribution.
- Work with the sales team to analyze lead quality and downstream conversions.




- Use Claude and similar AI tools for research, campaign development, automation, and data analysis.
- Implement marketing automation, AI agents, and automated workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Work closely with content, creative, web, and sales teams to improve campaign performance.
- Support and manage organic social media activities, including content publishing, scheduling, and performance monitoring across relevant platforms.

Requirements
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Media, or Growth Marketing, with proven B2B and international marketing experience. Robust experience with Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads/YouTube Ads.
- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and full-funnel marketing across different markets.
- Hands-on knowledge of Meta Pixel, CAPI, GA4, UTM tracking, and attribution.
