Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Executive-Legal to support our clients legal and compliance functions through effective documentation, coordination, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy of legal records, facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain compliance-related documentation

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of legal and compliance-related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for collection, verification, and processing of legal documents.
- Maintain, organize, and track legal records, contracts, agreements, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor documentation status and proactively follow up to ensure timely completion of pending activities.




- Support legal and compliance teams with administrative tasks, reporting, and document management.
- Maintain confidentiality of legal information and ensure proper record retention.
- Assist in preparing reports, trackers, and status updates related to legal operations.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and compliance requirements.
