HR Generalist | Full-time | On-site (Bangalore)

We are looking for a hands-on HR Generalist to independently own end-to-end HR operations and talent acquisition for a fast-growing digital learning organization associated with a premier management education ecosystem.

What you will do:

Drive recruitment, HR operations, onboarding, campus hiring, payroll inputs, compliance, and employee engagement while partnering closely with business stakeholders in a high-ownership role.

What we are looking for:
- 4–6 years of end-to-end HR Generalist experience
- Robust expertise in recruitment + HR operations
- Experience in campus hiring and institute relations
- Exposure to payroll, compliance, and HRMS tools (Zoho preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
- MBA HR preferred (mandatory bachelor’s degree)
- Must be open to full-time on-site role in Bangalore
