Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with ability to effectively interact with clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., ATS) and interview coordination tools (e.g., Zoom).
- Experience in sourcing profiles from various sources such as job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals.
