Job Title: HR Recruiter

Experience: 1-2 Years
Shift: Night Shift
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM
Location: Bengaluru (NTP Office)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and energetic HR Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and basic HR generalist activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, coordinating with hiring managers, onboarding new employees, and supporting day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.





HR Generalist Activities
- Support employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with attendance and leave management.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Provide support on HR policies, procedures, and employee queries.
- Assist in performance management and employee lifecycle activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.

Required Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource
