Role & responsibilities :
- Conduct classroom and online training sessions on Tally Prime for students and fresh graduates.
- Teach practical accounting concepts, bookkeeping, GST, TDS, payroll, inventory management, and financial reporting using Tally Prime.
- Develop and update training materials, assignments, case studies, and practical exercises.
- Assess student performance through tests, projects, and practical evaluations.
- Provide individual guidance and doubt-clearing sessions to help students achieve learning objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest features of Tally Prime and relevant accounting regulations.
- Support students in developing industry-ready accounting and taxation skills.
- Assist in placement preparation by providing practical exposure and real-world business scenarios.

Preferred candidate profile :
- Solid knowledge of Tally Prime and accounting principles.
- Practical experience in accounting, taxation, GST, and bookkeeping.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and teaching skills.
- Ability to engage students and create an interactive learning environment.
- Prior training or teaching experience is mandatory
