Role & responsibilities
- Minimum 6 to10 years of HR experience with respect to above description.
- Act as culture ambassador, aligning people practices with company values.
- Design and drive D&;I initiatives, awareness programs, and workshops.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and complete employee life cycle.
- Oversee talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Lead employee engagement, branding, recognition, and wellness initiatives.
- Run surveys and feedback sessions, translating insights into action.
