Your new role
As Customer Insights Lead, you will drive high-quality market research and customer insight analysis for Novo Nordisk's US business, partnering closely with brand teams, Commercial In-sights & Analytics colleagues and global counterparts to inform strategic and operational decisions at the highest levels.

Day-to-day, Your Tasks Will Include
- Leading the end-to-end execution of quantitative and qualitative market research projects for key US products, portfolios and strategic areas of interest
- Translating findings into best-in-class insights and presenting them in key forums and executive summaries to enable senior management decision-making
- Challenging vendors and brand teams on methodology, cost and processes to continuously improve research quality and efficiency




- Building robust partnerships with stakeholders across NNI US, GBS and HQ to ensure alignment, coordination and shared success
- Supporting the optimisation of Novo Nordisk's commercial strategies at project, portfolio and corporate levels
- Contributing to the development of the wider Customer Insights function
- Ensuring compliance across sourcing, contracting, pharmacovigilance, legal approvals and reporting, and keeping internal platforms (SharePoint, Smartsheet) up to date

In Product & Portfolio Strategy we drive commercial strategy, medical affairs and business development across all therapy areas. We act as a connector and compass, guiding the new Novo Nordisk portfolio for sustained competitiveness upstream, and maximising portfolio potential through successful commercial strategies and competitive launches downstream.
