Job Purpose: The Lead - Gas Chemical, PEX is responsible for overseeing the safe and productive management of bulk gases and specialty chemicals. This includes ensuring compliance with safety regulations, optimizing system performance, and leading a team to maintain operational standards.



The role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to manage handling, storage, and distribution processes effectively.

Educational Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering is essential. Masters degree in Engineering Management or a related field would be advantageous. Strong academic foundation in mechanical engineering principles, maintenance management, and operations is crucial.

Work Experience (Range of years):
- Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in operations and maintenance within a large-scale manufacturing environment. Proven track record in managing maintenance teams, implementing maintenance strategies, and driving operational efficiency. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop maintenance teams.
