Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Pega developers to deliver enterprise-grade applications.
- Review application design, code quality, and overall solution architecture to ensure compliance with Pega Guardrails.
- Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable Pega solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Mentor developers, provide technical guidance, and promote engineering best practices.
- Participate in sprint planning, effort estimation, backlog grooming, and solution reviews.
- Support integration development using REST and SOAP services.
- Identify technical risks and proactively resolve implementation challenges.
