About the Role

We are looking for an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in sourcing healthcare professionals for the US market and be comfortable using social media and online recruiting platforms to identify and engage qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, identify, screen, and qualify healthcare professionals for US-based opportunities.
- Effectively source candidates across VA, KY, SC, OH, NM, IA, NY, NJ, FL, and NE.
- Utilize LinkedIn, Facebook, job boards, and other online platforms to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill healthcare positions.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess qualifications, experience, availability, and interest.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




- Coordinate with internal recruiters and hiring teams to understand job requirements and candidate needs.
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate information in the recruitment/ATS system.
- Meet sourcing, submission, and recruitment targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Stay updated on US healthcare recruitment trends, candidate availability, and market requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the US healthcare staffing/recruitment process.
- Proven experience sourcing candidates for multiple US states, particularly VA, KY, SC, OH, NM, IA, NY, NJ, FL, and NE.
- Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn and Facebook sourcing.
- Strong knowledge of Boolean search and other candidate-sourcing techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple
