Job Summary
Provide professional customer service and end-to-end shipment coordination for freight forwarding clients. Manage customer inquiries, shipment bookings, documentation, tracking, and delivery updates while coordinating with carriers, customs brokers, warehouses, and internal operations teams. Resolve shipment issues promptly, maintain accurate records, monitor service timelines, and ensure customers receive clear and timely communication throughout the shipping process. Support import and export operations while maintaining robust customer relationships and high service standards

- Act as a single point of contact

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION
Act as a single point of Contact: -
- Customer service personnel acts as a single point of contact for the clients.
- They manage/negotiate pricing and co-ordinate for all shipments.
Understand customer requirements and escalate potential issues if any :-
- CS understands the customer requirements to avoid any discrepancies
- Always escalate potential issues and ensure corrective actions are taken in accordance with business guidelines and customer requirements.
- Be proactive in order to minimize service crises.
Arrange shipment for the customers:-
- Arrange shipments by examining destination, route, rate and delivery time.
