Roles and Responsibilities :
- Analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes using ATM (Automated Teller Machine) systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy recent products or services that meet customer needs.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns in customer behavior, which can inform product development decisions.
- Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product usage and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
