Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PMO professional to support project governance, resource allocation, billing operations, and financial tracking across multiple projects. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in WBS management, allocation tracking, project billing, invoicing coordination, revenue forecasting, and project reporting. The role requires close collaboration with Delivery Managers, Finance, Resource Management Group (RMG), and business stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution and revenue realization.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) creation, modifications, closures, and governance.
- Coordinate with Delivery Managers and RMG for resource allocation and deallocation across projects.
- Track project allocations, utilization, and capacity planning.
- Support monthly billing and invoicing activities for customer projects.
- Validate timesheets and ensure alignment with project allocations and billing requirements.
- Monitor project financials including revenue, costs, margins, and forecasts.




- Generate weekly and monthly management reports covering utilization, billing, revenue, and project health.
- Maintain project portfolio dashboards and governance reports.
- Coordinate with Finance teams for invoice generation, billing reconciliation, and revenue recognition.
- Track project milestones, resource movements, and budget consumption.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with organizational PMO processes.
- Identify billing discrepancies and proactively drive resolutions with stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, approvals, and governance records.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in Project Management Office (PMO) activities.
- Hands-on experience in Resource Allocation Management.
- Expertise in Billing, Invoicing, Revenue Tracking, and Financial Reporting.
- Experience in WBS creation and management.
- Strong knowledge of project financial governance.
