Zone Leadership and P&L; Management:

Lead a team of 1000-3000 employees (blue and white collared) across various departments (sales, marketing, operations).

Manage a zone comprising of X-Y Clusters, with a ensuring profitability and financial accountability.

Develop and implement a comprehensive zone-specific business plan aligned with overall strategy, focusing on growth, market share expansion, and cost optimization.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including on-time delivery, fill rate, manpower, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Strategic Growth and Operations: Plan and execute business expansion within the assigned zone,



including manpower budgeting and resource allocation. Drive brand visibility and awareness to increase market share within the zone. Contribute to the strategic direction of the operations structure for enhanced operational efficiency and customer service. Oversee smooth operation across multiple stores within various clusters, ensuring inventory management, stock control, and customer order fulfillment. People Management and Development: Lead, coach, and develop the team, including Cluster Managers, to achieve individual and group targets while fostering a team-oriented and high-performing environment. Implement training and development programs to continuously improve employee capabilities and drive operational excellence.
