About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Electroplating Engineer / Senior Operator to join our manufacturing unit in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on electroplating professional with practical experience in gold, silver, nickel and copper plating, preferably in decorative products such as idols, decorative articles, jewellery, gift articles, trophies, metal foils or similar products.

This is a shop-floor-oriented role. The candidate should be capable of independently operating and controlling the plating process, maintaining bath chemistry, troubleshooting plating defects and minimizing rejection, chemical consumption and precious-metal wastage.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate and control electroplating processes independently.

* Handle surface preparation, cleaning, activation and pre-treatment.

* Maintain plating bath parameters including *pH,



temperature, chemical concentration, current, voltage and plating time*.

* Ensure uniform *colour, brightness, adhesion and plating thickness*.

* Analyse and troubleshoot defects such as peeling, burning, pitting, roughness, patchy plating and poor adhesion.

* Handle plating of *intricate idols and thin metal foils*.

* Maintain and replenish plating baths and chemicals.

* Control *gold/silver consumption, chemical wastage and rejection*.

* Maintain plating tanks, rectifiers, filters, heaters, pumps, jigs and racks.

* Maintain production, chemical consumption, rejection and rework records.

* Guide helpers/junior operators and coordinate with Production and QC teams.

Candidate Profile:
- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Chemical, Metallurgy, Surface Coating or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of practical electroplating experience.
- Solid hands-on exper
