Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for IT staffing needs through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fitment with client requirements.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding recent hires.
- Provide regular updates to clients on progress and ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
Job Requirements :
- 3.5-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field (C2H/Contract Hiring).
- Strong understanding of domestic staffing industry trends and best practices.
- Excellent sourcing skills including headhunting techniques for hard-to-find candidates.
- Proficiency in SAP Hiring software for managing candidate data.
