Honeywell is seeking a highly motivated Product Master Data Manager to lead the governance, standardization, and transformation of product master data processes across the enterprise. This role is critical in ensuring product data accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and compliance across internal systems and external customer-facing channels.

The successful candidate will drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Product Information Management (PIM) processes and SKU creation governance while partnering with Offering Management, Product Operations, Analytics, Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to enable efficient business operations and data-driven decision-making.

This position combines product operations, process excellence, data governance, portfolio management, and digital transformation responsibilities to support Honeywells growth strategy and product lifecycle management objectives.

This role requires a blend of technical understanding, strategic thinking,



and robust communication skills to align product data with business goals and enhance the customer and Offering Manager experience.

The successful candidate will champion AI-powered transformation, utilizing AI agents and advanced digital tools to streamline processes, improve decision-making, and drive operational excellence.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors degree and experience working with data fidelity and driving actionable outcomes
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Offering Management, Product Operations, or Product Master Data Management.
- 5+ years of experience leading process improvement, program management, or business transformation initiatives.
