Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive/Manager to join our team in Dharwad. Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through referrals, networking, cold calling, and other sales channels.
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct site visits, property walkthroughs, and presentations for clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle - from lead generation and follow-up to negotiation and deal closure.




- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, documentation, and customer relations) to ensure smooth onboarding and transaction closure.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and upcoming project launches in the Dharwad region.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales (2-8 years overall experience considered).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong working knowledge of the Dharwad real estate market preferred.
