Roles and Responsibilities :
- Process property and casualty insurance claims from receipt to resolution, ensuring timely payment or denial.
- Conduct thorough investigations into complex claims, gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses as necessary.
- Collaborate with adjusters, agents, and other stakeholders to resolve disputed claims through negotiation or litigation.
- Maintain accurate records of all claim activities, including documentation of decisions made during the investigation process.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in property & casualty insurance claims processing.
- Solid understanding of US insurance industry regulations and policies (e.g., motor insurance).
- Proficiency in claims adjudication software systems (e.g., CMS) is an asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field; relevant certifications such as Certified Insurance Associate (CIA) are a plus.
