Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end production planning, execution, and daily manufacturing operations across multiple production lines.
2. Deliver targets related to production, OEE, line efficiency, yield, productivity, and schedule adherence.

Monitor production line performance, downtime, losses, and equipment effectiveness to maximize plant productivity.
4. Drive conversion cost reduction, waste reduction, yield improvement, and effective utilization of manpower and resources.
5. Coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance teams to maximize equipment reliability, uptime, and production availability.
6. Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards.
7. Drive Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
8. Lead root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for production, quality, and operational issues.
9. Manage production teams through manpower planning, performance management, coaching, training, and capability development.
