Capgemini is seeking a candidate with 5+ years of full-time relevant hands-on consulting experience in SAP PM WCM Professionals.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Manage and support SAP Plant Maintenance projects, ensuring successful rollout and development.
- Oversee Master Data, Maintenance and Service Processing, and integration between PM-PS, SD-CS, PM-CS, MM, CO, and SAP Work Manager.
- Implement and manage Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Calibration processes, and Refurbishment processes.
- Handle Permits, Work Clearance Maintenance, and IDOCs and interfaces.
- Collaborate as a team member and mentor junior team members.
- Maintain functional/technical knowledge in SAP PM, including Maintenance Notifications, Maintenance Orders, and Cross-Application Time Sheet (CATS).
- Understand the SD module, including repairs and returns, sales of spares, shipping, Service Notification, Service Order, Service Agreements, and Service pricing.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, including SAP Cloud and S/4 HANA.





Secondary Skill:
- Strong expertise in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance).
- Experience with Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, and Calibration processes.
- Master data management and integration across PM-PS, SD-CS, PM-CS, MM, and CO modules.
- Knowledge of SAP Work Manager, IDOCs and interfaces.
- Understanding of SD module processes (repairs, returns, service orders, service agreements).
- Mentoring and team collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with emerging SAP technologies, including SAP Cloud and S/4 HANA.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Exhibit valuable communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Key Skills: SAP PM, WCM.
- Leverage knowledge of MOC/WCM/MRS/BNAC/Prometheus/FSM/Technical Material Management/SAP Work Manager/SSAM/APM/MDG MRO as an added advantage.
