KeyResponsibilities

Dealer Distributor Network Expansion
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard dealers, sub-dealers, and distributors across assigned markets.
- Map white spaces and create a structured city-by-city expansion strategy .
- Ensure partners meet display, working capital, and performance requirements.

Sales Targets Commercial Delivery
- Own monthly targets for:
? Primary Sales (sell-in)
? Secondary Sales (sell-through)
? Revenue, GM%, and partner-level productivity
- Drive partner-wise growth plans with clear KPIs and monthly reviews.
- Launch channel schemes, trade promotions, and festival campaigns to accelerate throughput.

Channel Enablement Training
- Train partners and their sales staff on Pepperfry product lines, USPs, pricing, and display rotation.
- Ensure accurate demos, sampling support, and regular product refresh cycles.




- Create territory-level marketing activation plans.

Market Intelligence Competitive Benchmarking
- Track competitor activity: pricing, margins, schemes, inventory strategy, collections, dealer payout cycles.
- Provide insights to HO on product gaps, customer demand patterns, regional preferences, and assortment needs.

Operational Discipline Collections
- Ensure healthy channel credit cycles and on-time partner payments.
- Drive zero defaults through regular credit reviews and partner governance.
- Own the end-to-end dealer lifecycle : onboarding ? training ? performance ? retention ? exit (if needed).

Relationship Management
- Build solid relationships with:
- Dealers, sub-dealers, distributors
- Retailers channel influencers
- Local architects interior contractors (for upsell opportunities)
- Be the trusted point of contact for market escalations and quick problem resolution.
