Experience:
- Minimum 10 to 12 years of hands-on experience in a similar position within engineering / manufacturing organizations.
- Thorough knowledge of CNC machine shop activities.
- Solid expertise in UG NX 6, Master CAM AutoCAD.
- Managing CNC Centre of Minimum 15 Machines.

Responsibilities:
- Machining Jig Fixture Concept and Cutting Tools Selection.
- Mazak, BFW Machine with Fanuc Control.
- PPM reduction, Cycle time reduction setup time reduction Cost Saving Project.
- Part set up Corrections.
- IATF Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA).
