Role Purpose
- The Project Manager Project Blueprint is accountable for leading the enterprise-wide Learning Process Architecture and Standardisation programme aligned to the organisations Enterprise Process Model under S1.3 Develop People.
- The role is responsible for defining, governing, and delivering a comprehensive Learning and Development process taxonomy and associated process documentation across Levels 14, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, operational delivery models, and up-to-date learning practices.
- The role will lead the end-to-end transformation of Learning process documentation, including the alignment of enterprise learning processes,



Managed Service Provider (MSP) Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), governance frameworks, and knowledge management structures within the ARIS process management platform.
- Acting as the programme lead for Project Blueprint, the role will drive process standardisation, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and identification of AI-enabled opportunities across the global Learning ecosystem.
- The Project Manager will work across Learning & Development, HR, Engineering, Operations, Digital, Quality, Compliance, and external partners to establish a scalable, globally aligned Learning Process Architecture that supports enterprise capability development and future transformation initiatives.
