Job description-KRA (Research Analyst-Unlisted Companies)

1. Candidate should have at least 3-5 years of relevant fundamental research experience. Track and monitor financial statements by proactively tracking company events, news, and other industry developments for existing set of covered companies.
2. Build and update financial models, perform valuation using DCF, relative, SOTP and other valuation methods where required. Positive report writing skills, data handling and compilation, perform financial analysis using advanced office tools like MS-Excel, Used/familiar with platforms like MCA, Tofler, Tracxn, Capital IQ,
3. Track earnings for coverage companies and draft earning notes. Interact with company management, promoters, and industry experts to gather insights.
4.



Candidate should be self-driven, find new potential companies which could be added to portfolio.
5. Handling ad-hoc research requests and delivering tailored insights when required. Including Pitching company to HNI/Family Office investors. Support investor communication through presentations, notes, and client queries.
6. Deal Exposure / Transaction Involvement analyst will support live deals, fundraising, or secondary transactions. Assist in deal evaluation, due diligence, and execution of unlisted investment opportunities.
