Key Responsibilities of LPO
- MonitorCCTV systems, access control, and surveillance equipment
- Conductregular patrolsacross the mall premises
- Managecrowd controlduring peak hours, weekends, and events
- Respond promptly tosecurity incidents, emergencies, and alarms
- Enforcesecurity procedures and safety protocols
- Assist infire safety readiness and evacuation procedures
- Prevent and handletheft, vandalism, and unauthorized activities
- Coordinate withlocal police, fire services, and emergency responders
- Maintain accurateincident reports and daily logs
- Providecustomer assistancewhile ensuring security compliance

Key Requirements
- 2 5 years of experience in security (mall, retail, airport, hospital, or large facility preferred)
- Knowledge ofCCTV operations and security systems
- Familiarity withfire safety systems and emergency response
- Basicfirst aid knowledge(certification preferred)
- Strongobservation and problem-solving skills
- Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in24/7 shift operations
- Physically fit and mentally alert
