Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Development Consultant to onboard IT clients exclusively for Permanent staffing in India. This is a 100% commission-based remote role with unlimited earning potential, ideal for professionals who understand the Permanent hiring model and have solid client connections.

Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard India-based IT clients for Permanent hiring requirements only
- Connect with HRs, TA Heads, and Hiring Managers for Permanent needs




- Generate requirements through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and referrals
- Share requirements with the delivery team and support closures
- Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat Permanent business

Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in Permanent IT Staffing / Recruitment Sales / BD
- Strong understanding of Permanent hiring lifecycle
- Existing network of IT hiring stakeholders is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and comfortable with a commission-only structure

Compensation:
