The Role

We are looking for a D2C Manager who is equal parts growth marketer, project manager and operator. You will own the day-to-day growth and execution of the D2C business.

What You Will Own
- D2C Growth & Business Performance:
Own overall D2C revenue, track key metrics (revenue, sessions, CVR, AOV, CAC, ROAS), build monthly growth plans
- Performance Marketing – Agency Management:
Work with external agency on Meta/Google, own the relationship, review performance
- Website & CRO:
Own D2C website roadmap, manage landing pages, run A/B tests, identify conversion drop-offs
- Content & Creative:




Build content pipeline, work with design teams, coordinate product shoots and UGC
- CRM, Retention & WhatsApp:
Own retention calendar, plan WhatsApp/email/SMS campaigns, optimize flows
- Affiliates & Partnerships:
Build and manage affiliate channel, identify creators and partnership opportunities
- Campaign & Launch Management:
Own D2C execution calendar, coordinate across all functions

Who We Are Looking For
- 2–4 years in D2C, e-commerce, growth or digital marketing
- Experience with consumer brand (D2C/beauty/wellness/FMCG/fashion)
- Strong understanding of Shopify, Meta/Google advertising, CRM, WhatsApp marketing
- Solid project management, execution and communication skills
- Highly ownership-oriented
