About the Role

We are looking for customer-focused and energetic Sales Associates to join Lenskart's retail stores. The role involves assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right eyewear based on their requirements.
- Drive store sales and achieve individual and store-level targets.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Handle customer queries and provide product information.
- Support billing, stock management, and store operations.
- Maintain proper product display and store hygiene.
- Assist with basic eye-testing processes after completing the required training.
- Follow Lenskart's sales processes, SOPs, and customer service standards.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve business objectives.

Eligibility
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in retail sales, customer service, telecom,



fashion, lifestyle, consumer durables, or similar customer-facing roles are preferred.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Mandatory 22-Day Training
- Selected candidates will undergo 22 days of functional training at Lenskart Academy, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.
- Training covers product knowledge, sales process, customer service, eye testing, and store operations.
- Salary starts from Day 1 of training.
- Candidates need to arrange their own accommodation/PG during training.

Compensation

For Freshers:
- CTC: 20,000/month
- Approx. In-hand: 16,000/month
- Monthly incentives: 3,000–6,000

For Experienced Candidates:
- CTC: 21,500/month
- Approx. In-hand: 17,500/month
- Monthly incentives: 3,000–6,000
