Job Description B2B Content & Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

You will own hands-on execution across content, organic social, email, and the website — working daily with AI tools (Claude) that handle drafting, research, and reporting, so your time goes into judgment, quality, and shipping. This is a doer role with explicit weekly deliverables and measurable targets, working closely with our content specialist and reporting to the Marketing Team Lead.

This role is for someone who ships on schedule. Every deliverable has a number and a deadline, and you'll work in a system where output is visible weekly.

Key Responsibilities

B2B Content Marketing
- Develop and write content across service pages, blogs, landing pages, thought-leadership pieces, and other digital marketing assets — always anchored to client problems, not company capabilities.

Organic Social Media
- Manage the company's organic social presence end-to-end: content ideation, editorial calendar planning, copywriting, publishing, and day-to-day execution (LinkedIn primary).

Website & CMS Management
- Publish,



update, and maintain website content directly in the CMS, ensuring content is accurate, well-structured, and optimised for search and AI-answer visibility.

Design & Creatives
- Translate content ideas into simple, effective social media creatives and

marketing assets using Canva or similar tools — without depending on a

designer.

Reporting & Accountability
- Maintain weekly performance logs (campaigns sent, CTOR, posts published,

form fills) in shared trackers. Numbers are updated every week without

reminders — this is non-negotiable in this role.

What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of B2B content marketing experience — SaaS, IT services,

technology consulting, or a related technology environment strongly preferred.
- Ability to write clear, engaging, business-oriented content for technology

audiences, business decision-makers, and CXOs.
