Key Responsibilities
- High-Volume Sourcing: Actively source, screen, and shortlist candidates for bulk hiring drives in the UK market using job boards, social media, and internal databases.
- End-to-End Recruitment:



Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach and phone screening to interview scheduling and offer rollout.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets and SLAs set by the client.
- Candidate Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and professional hiring experience.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and pipelines in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Market Mapping: Stay updated on UK market trends, competitor activities, and salary benchmarks to effectively attract top talent.
- Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience: Open to Freshers with outstanding communication skills. Candidates with prior experience in Recruitment, BPO, KPO, or Sales are highly preferred.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills to interact seamlessly with UK-based candidates and stakeholders.

Agility & Resilience: Ability to handle high-pressure situation
