Salary: Rs. 20,000 to Rs.50,000 / PM

Job Responsibilities
- Machine Setup and Operation: Set up and operate VMC machines, which includes loading raw materials, installing tools and fixtures, and running test cycles to ensure the machine is working correctly.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents to understand part specifications, dimensions, and tolerances.
- Quality Control: Inspect and measure finished products using precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers to ensure they meet quality standards and design requirements.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on the machine, such as cleaning and lubrication. Troubleshoot and resolve common machine issues,



tool wear, and minor programming errors to prevent downtime.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Document production data, machine performance, and quality checks. This includes completing production logs and maintenance records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
