We are looking for a confident, well-spoken and well-presented Membership & Sales Executive to join The Charter, a premium founders’ community.
The role involves speaking with founders, CEOs and senior professionals, introducing them to The Charter, building relationships, following up with prospective members, and converting suitable prospects into memberships.
The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of experience in sales, luxury, wealth management, premium memberships, hospitality, or similar client-facing roles. Strong communication skills, social confidence, relationship-building ability and a skilled presence are essential.
This is a high-touch, relationship-driven role suited to someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people, building connections and working in a premium environment.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Delhi, Delhi
