Role & responsibilities
- Ensure proper verification of customer documents and compliance with bank policies.
- Update customer details and maintain accurate records in the bank's systems.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Support senior branch staff in business development activities.
- Participate in customer meetings and local marketing activities.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, regulatory, and internal banking procedures.
